2. Pay Score Accountability

You understand that your repayment behavior directly impacts your Pay Score. Accurate reporting of completions is essential for maintaining network integrity.

3. Lending Agreements

SureGuy provides the infrastructure for peer-to-peer lending. All financial agreements are between individual users. SureGuy is not a party to these private contracts.

4. User Conduct

Users must provide accurate information and engage in fair lending practices. Harassment, fraud, or any illegal activity will result in immediate termination of account access.

5. Limitation of Liability

SureGuy is not responsible for financial losses incurred through private lending agreements made on our platform.
